RIGA SUGAR COMPANY LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Resolution Professional/ Liquidator with the suspended Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 07th February 2024 to inter alia, consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2022 and Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Financial year ended 31st March, 2022.
