Rishi Laser Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2015, <BR>has considered and voted unanimously to appoint, Mrs. Sheela Mohan Ayyar as an Additional Director to comply with the requirement of proviso (2) to section 149 (1) of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 3 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules 2014.
