Rodium Realty Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to approve, the standalone & consolidated audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Company's policy of Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 16, 2015 till 24 hours after the results are communicated to the stock exchange.
