Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 would commence from May 12, 2016 and the trading window shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
