Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from February 05, 2016 till the end of 48 hours from the time of the aforesaid financial results are made generally available.
