Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Unaudited Consolidated & Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all the Directors and Designated Employees and their Dependent Family Members, with immediate effect till closure of trading hours on November 11, 2015.
