| Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>In this connection, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('the Code'), the trading window will be closed from May 20, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
