Royale Manor Hotels & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To Consider, adopt and approve Unaudited Financial Result for quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To accept Resignation of Mr. Ramarao Nuthakki from the post of Directorship of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by in Insiders adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters/Promoter Group/Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed From February 04, 2017 and would open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public i.e. on February 16, 2017.
