Execution of Share Subscription and Shareholders'' Agreement with Sunpound Solar Private Limited (Sunpound) Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for subscribing to at least 26% of the issued and paid up equity share capital of Sunpound in proportionate to the contracted capacity of corresponding captive generating power plant, for value not exceeding Rs.1.10 crore. Details as per SEBI Circular dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A. Kindly take the same on record.
