| RTS Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) will be held on February 12, 2016 wherein, inter alia, the Board may take on record Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015, after the said Results having been approved by the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015 for all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from February 03, 2016 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
