RTS Power Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations,2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and six months ended on September 30, 2015 for all the Directors, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company from October 28, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange on November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive).
