Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 17, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2017 and to consider and recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs /Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company from May 10, 2017, and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the audited financial results are made public.
