Ruby Mills Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs /Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company from February 01, 2017, (Wednesday) and will continue to remain closed till completion of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results are made public.
