Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives as defined in the Code from May 18, 2016 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive).
