| Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Comptroller and Auditor General (CandAG) of India in exercise of powers conferred u/s 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 vide their letter dated July 30, 2014 has appointed M/s.Raj Har Gopal and Co. and M/s. P. K. Chopra and Co. the two firms of Chartered Accountant as the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-15. The joint Statutory Auditors M/s.Raj Har Gopal and Co. and M/s. P. K. Chopra and Co. have accepted the Appointment vide their letter dated August 08, 2014. | |
