Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2016, has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 (Fifty Paisa Only) per equity share i.e. 5% for the Financial Year 2015-16. The dividend will be payable on 14400000 equity shares if declared by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting to be held in this year.<BR><BR>The meeting was commenced at 12:30 pm and concluded at 5:00 pm.
