Rushil Decor Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of following information to the public. The following details will be put up before the board for their consideration and approval in the board meeting to be held on August 08, 2015.<BR><BR>"Consideration, Approval and Taking on Record the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the Director(s), Designated Employee(s) of the company and concerned persons have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
