With reference to Appointment of Provisional Liquidator, S. Kumars Nationwide Ltd has informed BSE that :&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&quot;A Scheme for Restructuring, pursuant to Section 391 of the Companies Act, 1956, for debts availed by the Company from Banks and Financial Institutions has been filed with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay on April 08, 2015.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Scheme incorporates the arrangement made by the Company for raising funds for repayment of debts.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Scheme is essentially for the restructuring of the Debts of the Company and does not affect the rights of the equity shareholders of the Company in any way, except positively.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;The Company is pursuing implementation of the above Scheme for taking it out of the Provisional Liquidation.&quot;
