Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, consider and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and take on record the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approve the audited quarterly accounts of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, Trading Window shall remain closed in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2015 from May 20, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and designated Employees & their dependents and family members.
