| Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 10, 2015, inter alia, to receive, consider and take on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Consider and take on record the Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Approve the Unaudited quarterly accounts of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in compliance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, Trading Window shall remain closed in connection with the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 from October 30, 2015 to November 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers and designated Employees & their dependents and family members. | |
