Sagar Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 17, 2014, inter alia, to take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ending September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board may at the said meeting consider a proposal for an interim dividend for the year ending March 31, 2015.<br/><br/>The Trading Window for shares of the Company will remain closed during the period from October 07, 2014 to October 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company. Accordingly, all the designated employees, key management personnel and directors of the Company are being intimated not to enter in to any transactions involving the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of Trading Window.
