Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed from August 07, 2014 to August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors and the Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
