Sakthi Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 15, 2014, have approved Draft Scheme of Arrangement with the holders of FCCB (Series B) under Section 391-394 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with and notified sections of Companies Act, 2013 for settlement of the outstanding Bonds (Series -B).
