Sangam India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2015, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 2.00 (20%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2014-15 subject to the approval by the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
