Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 2 each (i.e. 25%), subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
