Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, January 01, 2016 to Sunday, February 07, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company has already communicated about the closure of trading window to its Promoters, Board of Directors, Designated Employees and connected persons.
