Sanghvi Movers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016, to consider and declare the payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2015-16.<BR><BR>In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from March 04, 2016 to March 13, 2016.<BR><BR>The Company has already communicated about the closure of trading window to its Promoters, Board of Directors, Designated Employees and connected persons.
