Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, inter alia, has taken on record the following:<BR><BR>1. Declared payment of interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity shares of Rs. 10 each (25%).<BR><BR>The dividend will be disbursed on and from January 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Dr. G. Venkatesh ceased to be a Whole Time Director and will continue in the Board as a Non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
