| With reference to earlier announcement dated July 01, 2014, informing about the receipt of arbitration award in Company's favour in the matter of Spreadtrum Communications Inc. (Spreadtrum) and Company's subsequent communications dated 13, August, 2014, 09 and 10 September 2014.<br/><br/>Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has now informed BSE that Spreadtrum has initiated a further remittance of a sum of USD 10.28 million, in connection with the Award. With this, the cumulative remittance from Spredtrum amounts to USD 43 million. | |
