Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) at its hearing held on August 31, 2017 have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Sasken Network Engineering Limited ('Transferor Company') with its holding Company, Sasken Technologies Limited ('Transferee Company') vide its order dated August 31, 2017 received by us on September 5, 2017 as enclosed.<BR> <BR> A copy of the aforesaid NCLT Order will be filed with Ministry of Corporate Affairs within the stipulated timeframe.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record and disseminate the information to public.
