Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016 to consider and approve inter alia Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for trading of Company's shares by the 'lnsiders' as provided under Securities Exchange Board of India (Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed from January 30, 2016 to February 14, 2016.
