Satra Properties India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Recommended Final Dividend of 5% i.e. Re. 0.10 per Equity Share of F.Y. of Rs. 2 each for the Financial Year 2015-16, subject to the approval of Members.
