| NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Savita Oil Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 27th May, 2017 at 11.00 a. m. at the Registered Office of the Company to consider and take on record Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2017 and consideration of Final Dividend on Equity Shares, if any. Pursuant to the above and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the 'trading window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 17th May, 2017 till completion of 48 hours after the audited results are made public. | |
