| Sawaca Business Machines Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company's securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (both days inclusive). | |
