Scope Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the board meeting of the Company is schedule to be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, for considering the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter & Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Policy & Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015, and will reopen after 24 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results.
