| Sea TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for the Directors / Officers / Designated employees of the Company in accordance of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading from February 04, 2016 till the completion of 48 hours as Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31, 2015 are approved by the Board and made public. | |
