Sea TV Network Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015. inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) regulation, 2015 . " the trading window" for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company, will remain closed for the Directors/ Officers/Designated employees of the Company in accordance of the Company's "code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" from May 20, 2015 to till the completion of 48 hours as Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2015 are approved by the Board and made public.
