| Secure Earth Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2014, has taken the following decisions:<br/><br/>1. Acceptance of the Resignation of Mr. R. Gowri Shanker.<br/><br/>- The Board decided to defer the decision of accepting the Resignation of Mr. R. Gowri Shanker from the post of Executive Director - Global Operations and Finance to the subsequent Board Meeting.<br/><br/>2. To fix the date of holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company based on the permission granted by the Registrar of Companies to hold the Annual General Meeting on or before December 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board decided to fix the date for holding AGM in its subsequent meeting for which is fixed for November 17, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Any other matter Board may decide<br/><br/>The Annual Audited Accounts for the period ended March 31, 2014 would be considered by the Board in its subsequent meeting to be held on November 17, 2014. | |
