| Sesa Sterlite Ltd has informed BSE that the CFO Committee, at its Meeting held on February 23, 2015, have issued and allotted 4,800 equity shares of Re. 1/-each out of 3,15,432 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, kept in abeyance.<BR><BR>With the said allotment the Paid up Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 2,964,694,239. The said shares shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>The other formalities for listing for said equity shares will be complied with in due course. | |
