Sesa Sterlite Limited - Board recommends Final Dividend

Sesa Sterlite Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 235% of the financial year 2014-2015 i.e. Rs.2.35 per equity share of Re. 1/- each. This is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
