SFL International Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following matter:-<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 and such other matters as specified in the Agenda.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from February 03, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive).
