Shah Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Yashpal Mehta is working as VP and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Pursuant to requirement of the Listing agreement and Section 203 and any other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rule 8 of the Companies (Meetings of Board and its Powers) Rules, 2014, Shri Yashpal Mehta shall be discharging the functions and responsibilities of whole time key Management Personnel as VP and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
