Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. The Board has considered and approved the Re-appointment of Mr. Dinesh Patidar as a Chairman cum Managing Director.<BR><BR>2. The Board has considered and approved that Mr. Sunil Patidar, Executive Director, shall retire by rotation and is eligible for reappointment.
