| Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that :-<BR><BR>"A search is being conducted by The Deputy Director of Income Tax (Investigation) Order under Section 132(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 Read with Sub Rule 4B of Rule 112 of Income Tax Rules, 1962 at the premises of the Company on January 21, 2016.<BR><BR>Further investigations are going on.<BR><BR>Company has always maintained adequate records of all its transactions and has been diligent in compliance with tax matters. We are extending full co-operation to the tax authorities and wish to assure our shareholders of the highest standards of compliance and co-operation.<BR><BR>We have been allowed the entry to the office on January 27, 2016 hence the information has been submitted today." | |
