Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider the conversion of 15,00,000 (Fifteen Lacs) Compulsorily Convertible Preference shares of Rs. 100/- each into 16,36,363 (Sixteen Lacs Thirty Six Thousand Three Hundred and Sixty Three) equity shares of Rs. 10/- at a conversion ratio of 1:1.09090 each ranking pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company and allotment to AFHoldings.
