Appointed Mr. Surender Kumar as the Whole Time Director and COO &amp; CFO of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. Appointed Ms. Bernadette Dominic as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Sameer Nagpal as the Managing Director &amp; CEO of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;4. Has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2014-15;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;5. Has formulated the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Insiders and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
