Respected Sir, This is in response to email dated February 02, 2024 seeking clarification with respect to corporate announcement filed on August 16, 2023 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 intimating the expiry of terms of Mr. Ranjeet Verma as Independent Director w.e.f August 13, 2023. We wish to inform you that owing to Independence Day celebrations, the office of the company remained closed for the period August 12, 2023 to August 15, 2023. The intimation for cessation was filed on the resumption of office on August 16, 2023. We requested you to take the above submission on record. In case any further clarification is required we will be happy to provide the same.
