He has also been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Ms. Bhumika Batra has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from November 11, 2014. She has also been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Mr. Sunil Sinha has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from September 30, 2014. However he will continue as the Chairman and Director of the Company.
