Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2014, have approved a Scheme of amalgamation between the Company and Strides Arcolab Ltd, wherein, the Company will amalgamate with Strides Arcolab Ltd.<br/><br/>The Scheme of amalgamation is subject to various statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be applicable.<br/><br/>In this regard, the Company has issued a Press Release dated September 29, 2014, titled "Strides Arcolab and Shasun Pharmaceuticals combine to accelerate strategy and growth".
