Strides Arcolab Ltd has informed BSE that as approved by the Board of Directors of Strides Arcolab Ltd by a resolution passed on November 19, 2015 shall be the Record Date fixed for the purpose of determining the names of the shareholders of <BR>Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd who shall be entitled to shares in Strides Arcolab Ltd (as consideration under the Scheme of Amalgamation), in the exchange ratio of 5 (five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Strides Arcolab Ltd for every 16 (sixteen) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each held in Shasun Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
